Users should first use the Forgot Username or Password link on the login page to reset their own password. The steps below are an alternate way that a user with a System Setup role can reset or modify a user's password. |
- Login to StudyTRAX.
- Click the System Setup menu item at the top of the page.
- Select the Users tab on the left side of the page.
- Find the user in the list (you can search for them using the search box) and click their username.
On the User Overview page:
Click the Reset Password button in the toolbar for the system to send the user an email with a password reset link.
Click the Change Password button to open the Change Password window and set a new password for the user
