The New Query page window allows for the creation of new queries. A Query Management role is required to create a query.

Actions
- Source: Interval to use for variable group selectionSelect where the variable against which the query is being written is located, it can be in any encounter that has been created or the project variables
- Variable group: The Select the variable group to use for variable selectionwhich contains the variable
- Variable: The variable to useSelect the variable, numeric calculations can't have queries and won't be in the list
- Value: Current value of the variable, it is pre-populated
- Type: The query issue to be addressed. Options include: Out of range, Missing, and Other.
- Description: Details Additional details about the query
