Must have a Project Management role

  1. Click Projects in the main menu
  2. Click on the project name
  3. Select Click the Data Management in the toolbar button
  4. Select the Subjects tab in the left panel
  5. Locate the subject that is to be removed
    1. Click on a column heading to sort by that column
    2. Click on a column heading a second time to reverse sort by that column
    3. An up or down arrow next to a column heading will indicate that the list is sorted by that column, a down arrow indicates a sort from a to z and a up arrow indicates a sort from z to a
    4. Use the paging at the bottom of the page to scroll through the list
  6. Click on the delete icon to remove the subject from the project appropriate subject's Reference ID
  7. Click on the Remove Subject from Project toolbar button 
    1. IMPORTANT:  be very careful when deleting subjects as the step is not recoverable and all the subject's data will be removed
    2. After selecting the delete icon for a subject you will be given a message to verify you want to remove the subject from the project
