Deleting a subject removes the subject from the database AND their audit trial trail history. |

- Click Projects main menu item (top of page)
- Click the appropriate Project Name link
- Click Data Management toolbar button
- Click the Subjects tab in the selector panel (left-hand side, below toolbar)
- Find the appropriate subject and click on their Reference ID link
- Click the red Delete icon for every encounter encounter
