Deleting a subject removes the subject from the database AND their audit trail history. |
Required Role(s)
- Subject Management
- Project Management (**only if Encounters to delete or subject to be removed from other Projects)

- Navigate to the Subject Overview page for subject to delete (e.g., search for them from the "Home" page)
- The toolbar will contain a Delete Subject button which when clicked will delete the subject.
Tip If the Delete Subject button is not enabled that indicates the subject is enrolled in at least one other project and CANNOT be deleted without first being removed from ALL Projects (Note: You may not have access to all the Projects to which the subject is enrolled!)

- Click the Un-enroll or Un-screen icon (far right-hand side, below toolbar)
- Click the Delete Subject toolbar button
