Info

A User Defined layout requires HTML to create a custom layout.  This option is available to accomodate prior versions of StudyTRAX, however,

it is not recommended for use in version 3.0 or greater.  To obtain a custom layout of your form use the Layout tab of the Variable Group Update page.
