The Sign Variable Groups page is used to sign and un-sign Variable Groups (i.e., forms) through the Timeline View

Content

Each Variable Group that is set to allow electronic signatures has a checkbox in the encounter column on the Timeline View.  A filled in checkbox indicates the variable group is signed and locked for data entry.  A checkbox that is not filled in has not been signed and data can be modified on that variable group in the respective encounter.

Actions

How to sign / un-sign a Variable Group (i.e., Form)

Each Variable Group that can be signed or unsigned has a checkbox in the Data Collection Summary section of the page.  Checking and un-checking the box indicates the Variable Group is signed and unsigned, respectively.  Check the boxes as appropriate, enter your password (and Change Reason if applicable), and click "Save and Return" in the toolbar for the actions to take effect.
