Potential causes

  • Username is not valid
  • Password is incorrect
  • The URL is not correct
  • The account has not been verified
  • No valid account exists with the specified username

Actions

  • Verify the URL
  • Request a password reset (click the "Forgot username / password" link)
  • If you do NOT receive an email to reset your password within a few minutes
    • Check your spam / junk folder
    •  If you do not have an email, that indicates that either you are using the wrong URL, wrong username, or your account is set up with the wrong email
    • Request your username
    • If you do not receive an email, that indicates you do not have an account with the URL you are using or your account is set up with the wrong email
