Overview

This page describes how to make a user active that is currently an inactive user.

Users that were deleted will need to be set up again.  See Add User To StudyTRAX for the steps

Required Role(s)

  • System Setup

Steps

  1. Select System Setup in the main menu
  2. Select the Users tab in the left panel
  3. Click on the username
  4. Select the Attributes tab in the left panel
  5. Check the Active box
  6. Optionally change the user's password
  7. It is recommended to check the Expire Password box to require the user to change their password the next time they log in

  8. Select Save and Return in the toolbar

The user will need to be given roles within the applicable project(s).  See Add User to Project for the steps.
