Overview
This page describes the properties of Test Mode.
Visual Difference
- A project in Test Mode has a yellow background and a Test Mode watermark
- A project in Production Mode has a blue background
New Projects
- When a project is initially created it is in Test Mode
Features of Test Mode
- Allows resetting the randomization sequence
- Allows resetting the Project ID sequence if auto-generation is used
- Allows removing subjects from the project in bulk
- Allows deleting subjects at the same time they are removed from the project
Subjects will only be deleted if they are not assigned to another project
- Removing a subject from the project during test mode will remove all associated entries in the audit log
It is recommended to keep the project in Test Mode and delete test subject prior to putting the project in Production Mode
A project in Test Mode can be put into Production Mode at any time. A project in Production Mode with subjects assigned to the project cannot be put into Test Mode
