Overview

This page describes how to change the password rules that are used to control password strength and account locking.

Required Roles

  • System Administrator

Steps

  1. Log into StudyTRAX
  2. Click the System Administration menu item at the top of the page
  3. On the System Administration Page, click the Customers tab
  4. Click the customer name that you would like to update

  5. On the Customer Update page, change the rules you would like to modify

  6. Click the Save button to persist your changes
