Subject Update (New Subject)
Overview
The Subject Update page is used to enter a new subject in StudyTRAX.

Content
- Reference ID: must be entered, each subject is assigned a Reference ID in StudyTRAX which is unique across all projects
- Name: the name is optional and the fields will only display if the user has access to at least one project that includes subject name information
