Overview

The Preview tab of the Data Set Export page can be used to preview the data set export.

Content

  • Preview Max Rows:  defaults to 100, but can be changed

    More rows will take longer to load the preview


  • Filter:  If the data set has a filter attached, it will be displayed and the data will be filtered.  The filter can be removed or changed for the preview only, it will not affect the download or subsequent previews.  After changing the filter click on Submit to preview the export.
