The Project Authorizations page is used to assign or edit project level roles. This is an alternate method to the Role Assignments page.
Customer: Select the customer name
Project: Select the project name to which the user will be given roles
Roles: Select the project specific roles; the roles may vary based on the features enabled in the project configuration
Sites: Select the applicable sites for the roles; if the roles selected don't have the same sites, then the Role Assignments page, accessed through the Project Overview page, must be used to assign the roles
