Overview

The Adverse Events tab contains all the adverse events for the subject.  

Content

A list of the subject's adverse events are displayed.  Resolved adverse events have a strikethrough.

• Begin Date:  the date the adverse event began
• End Date:  the date the adverse event ended, if applicable
• Resolved:  either yes or no will display
• Description:  the adverse event description

Actions

• Enter a new adverse event by clicking on the + to open an Adverse Event Update window
• Enter an existing adverse event by clicking on the Begin Date to open the Adverse Event Update window for that adverse event
• Delete an adverse event by clicking the delete button
