The Home page in the portal will display the following:

• Any non-visit related forms that are incomplete (for example, demographics or contact information)
  • Click on the form name or anywhere in the row to open that form
  • Enter the data
  • Click Save when completed entering the data
  • See the Account Page for steps on how to update data in non-visit forms
• Any visits with forms that are due and incomplete
  • Click on the visit name or anywhere in the row to open the form(s) for that visit
  • Click on a form name to enter data for that form
  • Click Save when completed entering data to return to the list of forms

If you will be away from your computer for an extended time while entering data, scroll to the bottom of the form and click Save.  You can come back to the form and pick up where you left off.  After 30 minutes of inactivity, your session will be logged out.  You will not be logged out while you are actively working and entering data
