Subject Report Types

There are two types of subject reports.

  1. Those that do NOT display data values across encounters (e.g., no "Repeater" or "Graph" controls and no code that loops over encounters.
  2. Those that display data values across multiple encounters or don't contain any variable values (e.g., just text, links and pictures)

Where Displayed

As a Studytrax user, Subject Reports appear on the "Subject Overview" page, using the Dashboard or Timeline view (see image below).  As a subject in a study, Subject Report show up either on the "Home" page or on the specific encounter page (e.g., Baseline).  Note for Type 1 Subject reports, Studytrax contains logic so that reports only show up for encounters that have ALL the variables used within the report.  For example, if you choose variables from and "Symptoms" form that is collected as part of an adverse event, a Subject Report using these variables will only show up for the "Adverse Event" encounter.
