  • What To Consider
    1. What form design and layout options best facilitate data entry?
    2. Will subjects enter data? If so, are there any special needs (e.g., sound, large fonts, etc.)
    3. How can the data entry burden be minimized (e.g., variable defaults, calculated variables, etc.).?
    4. What data fields, if any, are required?
    5. Will there be a paper source? If so, will data be double data entered?
