Add-ons To Enable

• Silverlight

  Not needed if only going to enter data

  	If this message appears, please follow the steps below

  • Be sure Microsoft Silverlight is installed.
    • Go to http://www.microsoft.com/getsilverlight/Get-Started/Install/Default.aspx to verify the latest Silverlight installed.
    • Restart browser
    • In IE, select Tools > Manage Add-Ons
    • Find Microsoft Silverlight in the "toolbars and extensions" list.  Verify the status in "enabled"
    • Select "run without permission" and verify Microsoft is listed and enabled.

      If problems still persist in running Silverlight, check to see if Google Toolbar is installed.

    • Please remove google toolbar temporarily to determine if it is confilicting with Silverlight
      • Uninstall Google Toolbar>  http://www.google.com/support/toolbar/bin/answer.py?answer=9231&cbid=1smv10qtf25zs&src=cb&lev
      • Restart browser and again try to run Silverlight in StudyTRAX.
      • Re-install Goolge Toolbar> http://www.google.com/support/toolbar/bin/answer.py?answer=9230&cbid=1fl435fmkyzdn&src=cb&lev

        If problems still persist in running Silverlight, Please try to uninstall and reinstall Silverlight
