Data Dictionary errors when click on bat file to create an XML file:

  1. "object reference not set to an instance of an object":  
    1. one cause is a blank row in the spreadsheet
    2. possibly also if there isn't an 'intervals' tab (this may depend on the bat file)
  2. "exception trying to convert value of 'no' into type 'System.Double':  "No" is entered where there should be a value
    1. A 'no' is entered instead of a value in a Missing Value
    2. A 'no' is entered instead of a value in a pick list option
