This meeting is to finalize setup plans for your research project. Attendees include the PI and any staff involved in setup.  Prior to the meeting, complete and return the study startup-related information spreadsheets.

 Preparation To-Do's List

  • Provide information about your research project
    • Complete the "NewStudytraxStartup.xlsx" spreadsheet
    • Complete the "DataDictionary.xlsx" spreadsheet
  • Send Studytrax staff all available forms (or names of forms if not available)
    • Wait to create / further develop forms (e.g., using MS Word) until after the planning meeting!

  • Learn about the main features and configuration options (see here).

 Finalize What Is To Be Set Up 

  • Startup Document.(sent to you)
    • Discuss and finalize requirements
      • Complete information on spreadsheet tabs through "Planning Meeting"
  • Data Definition Document (sent to you)
    • Discuss and finalize data definition
      • Complete the data definition tab for each form/CRF 
        • How to communicate the data definition (see here)
