The planning This meeting is scheduled as soon as possible after the order form being sent to the customer.  This is a brief (10-15 minutes) meeting between the PI and setup staff (i.e., both customer and StudyTRAX staff).  The meeting centers around preparing for setup.

  • Send us all available forms (or names of forms if not available)
    • Note
      Wait to create / further develop forms in a word processor (e.g., in MS Word) until after the planning meeting!
