Overview
StudyTRAX Studytrax is a web-based application and there are some items to note about the navigation within StudyTRAXStudytrax.

Do:
- Navigate within the application
- Allow a page to completely load before clicking again
- Single-click
If opening more than one window, each window MUST be a separate session
Tip The best way to assure separate sessions is to use a different browser for each login. For example, open one Studytrax session in Chrome and another session in Firefox.
- Click logout when completed in the application
- If Studytrax automatically logs you out due to inactivity, close the browser and re-open a new browser to clear the cacheDo NOT
- Frequently click on Save when entering data (there is no auto-save)
- Wait for all processing to finish before clicking another option (e.g., exporting data sets)
Don't:
- Do not use the Back button of the browser (if there is a Back button in the StudyTRAX Studytrax toolbar that is fine to use)
- Allow a page to completely load before clicking again
- If opening more than one window, each window MUST be a separate session. AVOID CONCURRENCY ERRORS!
- Do not double-click
- When completed in StudyTRAX click on logout in the upper right corner before closing the browser
- Frequently click on Save (there is no auto-save)Do not close the browser before logging out
- Do not used Ctrl-N or a another tab to open another session of Studytrax
