This page describes how to make a user active that is currently an inactive user.

Required Role(s)
- System Setup
Steps
- Select System Setup in the main menu
- Select the Users tab in the left panel
- Click on the username
- Select the Attributes tab Edit User button in the left paneltoolbar
Check the Active box
- Optionally change the user's password
Tip It is recommended to check the Expire Password box to require the user to change their password the next time they log in
- Select Save and Return in the toolbar Save
