Users should first use the Forgot Username or Password link on the login page to reset their own password. The steps below are an alternate way that a user with a System Setup role can reset or modify a user's password. |
- Login to StudyTRAX.
- Click the System Setup menu item at the top of the page.
- Select the Users tab on the left side of the page.
- Find the user in the list (you can search for them using the search box) and click their username.
On the
Account Settings page, clickUser Overview page:
Click the Reset Password button in the toolbar
Note If the SMTP server is not configured correctly, this will not work. You will have:
- Click the Attributes tab. Change the users password to something secure ("Pa$$word12345")
for the system to send the user an email with a password reset link.

- Click the save button. Manually send an email to the user with their new password.
Change Password button to open the Change Password window and set a new password for the user
