Overview
The Encounters tab displays all the encounters that have occurred, along with their completion status. New encounters can also be created. The Encounters tab is displayed if the project has at least one interval.
Content
- Encounter Date
- Secondary Date
- Only displays in projects with Double Data Entry enabled and for users with a Double Data Entry role for Subject Management
- Create displays if the secondary encounter has not been created
- The date displays if the secondary encounter has been created
- Encounter Name
- Encounter Status
- Complete (green): encounters are Complete when all the required data has been entered
- Incomplete (yellow): encounters are Incomplete when all the required data has not been entered
- Unknown (pink): encounters with an unknown completion status (either a change was made after data was entered, or at least one page in the encounter was not opened and contains branching logic)
