This page describes how to reset a user's password.

Info

Users should first use the Forgot Username or Password link on the login page to reset their own password. The steps below are an alternate way that a user with a System Setup role can reset or modify a user's password.

  1. Login to StudyTRAX.
  2. Click the System Setup menu item at the top of the page.
  3. Select the Users tab on the left side of the page.
  4. Find the user in the list (you can search for them using the search box) and click their username.
  5. On the User Overview page:

    1. Click the Reset Password button in the toolbar for the system to send the user an email with a password reset link.


    2. Click the Change Password button to open the Change Password window and set a new password for the user
