ID: A unique ID assigned by the application
Info The ID is visible after the customer account is created
- Name: A unique name for the customer account
- Description: An optional description of the customer account
- Reference ID Template: The Template that will be used if Reference ID's are to be automatically generated
- Generate Reference ID: Controls the behavior of the Reference ID field when adding a new subject to the system. If set to "Force", the Reference ID will be always be generated when a new subject is added to the system. If set to "Allow", the Reference ID will be generated if the user does not enter a Reference ID. If set to "No", the user will be forced to enter a Reference ID when adding a new subject to the system.
- Is Reference Id Editable: This box is checked by default indicating that users can edit the Reference ID. Uncheck the box if users should not be able to edit the Reference ID's.
- Min Password Length: The minimum password length that users' passwords must have
- Days Password Is Valid: The number of days before a user is required to change their password

Default Date Format:
Info The common option to select is Default
With the Default option selected the date format for all users will follow the date format of the server. If a specific date format is selected, then the date format for all users will follow that format.
License Key: You will receive a license key from ScienceTRAX Support if one is required in this field.
Tip Most installations will not have a license key in this field and will only need a license key when a project is created.
