Best Practices

• Do Not use the browser's navigation buttons
  • Navigator through the application's user interface only 
• Open only one instance of the application
  • If two instances are needed:
    • Use a different browser (e.g., IE and Chrome)
    • If only IE used, be sure to select File - > New Session for the second instance 
• Log out when done and close the browser
• Use "Single" clicks
• Stay on a page until all processing is finished (e.g., exporting data sets)
