Fields that were modified on the date and time are highlighted
- Modified: Date and time that query was modified
- Action: How the query was modifiedEither Added or Modified
- Username: Name Username of user the person that added or modified the query
- Status: Status that was set by the user that modified the user changed the query to or status at the time a comment was added to the query
- Comment: Comment that was left by the modifierentered by user
- Description: Description that was left by the modifier
