Overview
The Users tab of the Workspace page lists the users associated with the Workspace.
Content
- Status: Two color-coded bullets indicate the user's status in the Workspace
Tip Hover over the bullet to see the meaning
- First bullet: indicates the user's data set role for the projects in the workspace
- Second bullet: indicates if the user has a role for the projects in the workspace
- Green: indicates the user has a role in all the workspace projects
- Red: indicates the user does not have a role in all the workspace projects
- Username: The Username of the user
- First Name: The First Name of the user
- Last Name: The Last Name of the user
- Email Address: The email address of the user
Actions
- Add a user to the Workspace by clicking on the Add icon
- In the Select User Window:
- A list of users is displayed
- Click the Add icon next to the user to add into the Workspace
- In the Select User Window:
- Remove a user from the Workspace by clicking on the Delete icon
