This page describes how to add and define a new site.  A site is added once and then can be used across multiple Projects (see Add a Site To A Project).

Required Role(s)

  • System Setup

  1. Click the Sytem Setup main menu item (top of page)
  2. From the System Setup page, click Sites in the selector panel (left-hand side, below toolbar)
  3. Click the Green Plus icon (far right-hand side, below toolbar)
  4. Enter the new Site's Code, Name, Description and address
    Note

    The Site Code must be unique.

     


Tip

It's best to enter all required sites first before creating a new Project so that they can be assigned to the Project all at once.
