If the auditing information of interest is not readily accessible through the application, more details can be obtained by going directly to the database tables. Below are the tables used to capture auditing data and a brief description of each.

  1. EncounterDeleted: Captures information about encounters that are deleted.
  2. EncounterVariableAuditLog: For each subject, records new, modified, and deleted values for encounter variables.
  3. EncounterVariableDoubleAuditLog: For each subject, records new, modified, and deleted values for secondary encounter variables.
  4. EncounterVariableGroupAuditLog: For each subject, records signing / unsigning of encounter variable groups.
  5. ProjectSubjectDeleteAuditLog: Records deletions of subjects ProjectSubjectAuditLog: Records when a subject is screened, enrolled, failed screening, passed screening, or was un-enrolled.
  6. ProjectSubjectDeleted: Captures information about subjects removed from a project.
  7. ProjectSubjectVariableAuditLog: For each subject, records new, modified, and deleted values for project variables.
  8. ProjectSubjectVariableGroupAuditLog: For each subject, records signing / unsigning of project variable groups.
  9. RandomizationAuditLog: Records when a subject is randomized or unrandomized.
  10. SubjectMedicationAuditLog: Records new, modified, and deleted subject medications.
  11. SubjectDeleted: Captures information about subjects that are deleted.
  12. SubjectMedicationAuditLog: Captures changes made to subject medication records.
  13. SubjectVariableAuditLog: For each subject, records new, modified, and deleted values for universal variables.
  14. VariableGroupAuditLog: For projects with versioning enabled, records when a variable group revision is publised and unpublished.
