The complete/incomplete status of an encounter is based on the completeness of all the forms collected within the encounter.
Data Collection Summary
The data collection summary displays a matrix of the subject & project variable groups and the completed encounters in each column with the variable groups collected at each point. The matrix is color-coded to indicate the status of each variable group.
Toolbar Buttons

| Delete Subject | To delete a subject (if the red delete icon is displayed) |
Actions
- Enter new fixed encounters by clicking on the encounter name in the Timeline
- Edit encounters by clicking on the encounter name in the Timeline
- Non-fixed encounters are entered on the Encounters tab.
