- Login to StudyTRAX.
- Click the System Setup menu item at the top of the page.
- Select the Users tab on the left side of the page.
- Find the user in the list (you can search for them using the search box) and click their username.
- On the Account Settings page, click the Reset Password button in the toolbar.
Note If the SMTP server is not configured correctly, this will not work. You will have:
- Click the Attributes tab.
- Change the users password to something secure ("Pa$$word12345").
- Click the Expire Password checkbox.
- Click the save button.
- Manually send an email to the user with their new password.
- An email will be sent to the user allowing them to change their password.
