The Project Dashboard tab provides an enrollment summary across all projects or specific projects and displays published Workbench reports.

Content

With All Projects selected in the project selector box of the toolbar:
  • Project:  A list of all projects the user has access to
  • Screened:  For projects with Screening as a feature, lists the number of subjects screened
  • #/Max:  Lists the number of subjects enrolled in the project and, if specified, lists the maximum number of subjects that can be enrolled

    This does not include screen failures

  • % Complete:  The percentage of subjects enrolled compared to the maximum enrollment, when a maximum enrollment is specified
 With a specific project selected in the project selector box of the toolbar:
  • Project Enrollment:  the number of subjects enrolled across all sites and, if specified, the maximum number of subjects that can be enrolled

  • Site:  A list of all the sites in the project
  • Screened:  The number of subjects screened

  • Data Completion Status:
    • U:  The number of subjects with an Unknown completion status
    • I:  The number of subjects with an Incomplete completion status
    • C:  The number of subjects with a Complete completion status
  • Reports:  All Workbench reports published to the project are listed
