- If StudyTRAX automatically logs you out due to inactivity, close the browser and re-open a new one new browser to clear the cache
- Do NOT use the Back button of the browser (if there is a Back button in the StudyTRAX toolbar that is fine to use)
- Allow a page to completely load before clicking again
- If opening more than one window, each window MUST be a separate session
- Do not double-click
- When completed in StudyTRAX click on logout in the upper right corner before closing the browser
- Frequently click on Save (there is no auto-save)
