Add Site to StudyTRAX

Overview

This page describes how to add and define a new site.  A site is added once and then can be used across multiple Projects (see Add Site To Project).

Required Role(s)

  • System Setup

Steps 

  1. Click the Sytem Setup main menu item (top of page)
  2. From the System Setup page, click Sites in the selector panel (left-hand side, below toolbar)
  3. Click the Green Plus icon (far right-hand side, below toolbar)
  4. Enter the new Site's Code, Name, Description and address

    The Site Code must be unique.


It's best to enter all required sites first before creating a new Project so that they can be assigned to the Project all at once.
