Cancer Registries

Overview

StudyTRAX is often used for cancer registries.  Whether or not StudyTRAX would be a good fit, depends on the requirements.  Certainly, expected functionality can be done (e.g., automated staging and clinic notes / reports), but there are key areas to consider with regard to determining whether StudyTRAX would be a good fit.

Key Questions

The "Registry Setup" image displays some the key setup related issues including:

• What is the maximum number of tumor sites per person?
• Will the follow-up schedule be specific to a tumor (e.g., need to track 3, 6 12 follow-up assessments for each tumor)?
• Are there tumor specific forms?
• How will the data most commonly be queried?
