Overview

This page describes how to unlock StudyTRAX after it has been locked from the System Administration Lock Application toolbar button

Required Role(s)

  • System Administration

Steps

Unlock the application from within StudyTRAX:

  1. Select System Administration in the main menu
  2. Select the Un-lock Application toolbar button




Unlock the application when not logged into StudyTRAX:

  1. Open IIS
  2. Restart the application pool

This will log out any users that are logged into StudyTRAX causing them to lose any unsaved work.
