Every user has the capability to edit their user account settings and preferences while in the application. The following image is an example of where the locations on the screen can access these settings.
Once in From the User Account Settings Page, there are three main groupings on the page.
- Selector Panel Tab: Attributes, Preferences, Roles (available to System Setup Role only)
- Attributes Example – All items modifiable except for USERNAME
- Password Rules – modified by System Administrator only
Overview Page:
- Back Button: takes you back to the previous page
- Edit Subject Button: opens the Account Update window
- Change Password Button: opens the Change Password window
- Reset Password Button: sends an email with a link to reset your password
- Authorizations tab: shows the customer(s), project(s), and roles to which you have access
- Workspaces tab: shows the workspaces to which you have access
