1. How to Login

What you'll need to log into StudyTRAX (contact your adminstrator if you haven't received this information):

  • Useraname - This is  your StudyTRAX user account name
  • Password - Because StudyTRAX contains health protect information, it is password protected.  Password rules (e.g., length, etc.) varying somewhat by institution.
  • URL - Typically it's https://my.studytrax.com .  In some case, the institution hosts Studytrax.  The URL will vary, but often it is  https://YourServerName/StudyTrax

2. Browser Support

The browsers officially supported by StudyTRAX can be found here.

3. Account Settings

To change your accounts settings (e.g., password, number of items per page, page resolution, etc.), click on your username in the lower right-hand corner or on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner.

4. Web-Application Etiquette

As with all web-base application, please follow these Do's and Don'ts.
